UPXGui: The best UPX Gui for the UPX compressor!

Many UPXGui programs have already been written, but our version has some unique features. UPX is a compression program for EXE and DLL files. However, UPX does not have a graphical user interface. Therefore, the use of a GUI is a very welcome extension. UPX itself is open source and on many websites it is viewed as the best solution for compression of very many different formats of EXEs and DLLs.

A new future for UPX

UPXGui has all the major parameters and options supported by UPX. However, our GUI has some unique features:

UPXGui uses a virtual version of UPX 3.96. So there is no need to download UPX separately. UPXGui.exe is all you need. If you place a newer or modified version of UPX in the same directory as UPXGui, UPXGui will use this alternate version instead of the virtual UPX version. 

UPXGui also offers some features that are not supported by UPX itself:

• UPXGui can strip relocations from the program without applying UPX compression. This reduces the size of the program and has the advantage that virus scanners generate fewer false positives.
• UPXGui can protect your program from decompression in an advanced way. This is very useful if you wish to protect your code.
